The Adoption Resource Center The Adoption Resource Center was officially opened in 1997. Located at the Jewish Family Service offices at 229 Waterman Street in Providence, Rhode Island, the Adoption Options Resource Center is designed to provide information and resources related to adoption as a service to the community. Use of the Center is free and it is open to potential adoptive parents, adoptive parents, birth parents, adoptees and professionals working with members of the adoptive community. Books, videos, periodicals are available to borrow and Internet access is provided. The trained staff at Adoption Options is here to help you.
